NewBacker specializes in offering virtual software services designed to help customers increase their website orders. Since all our services are digital, there is no need for physical shipping or delivery.

Service Delivery: Feature Placement: After purchasing a service, customers will be featured in our newsletter as part of the service package.

Email Confirmation: Customers will receive an email confirmation with details of their purchase and information about when they will be featured.

Support and Assistance

Customer Support: If customers encounter any issues or have questions about the services, they can contact our support team at karl@newbacker.com.

Service Availability: Our digital services are available around the clock, ensuring continuous support and assistance for our customers.

Refunds and Cancellations

Order Cancellation Policy: Customers are entitled to cancel their order up until 48 hours before their scheduled feature without needing to provide a reason. To cancel, simply send a clear statement to karl@newbacker.com. Once the cancellation is received, we will process the refund within 3-5 business days using the original payment method.

Compensation Refund Policy: Services qualify for a refund if they fail to achieve at least a 1:1 return. For instance, if you pay $599 for a package and only receive $300 in return, we will refund the $299 difference.

Please note that all terms are detailed in the contract, which must be signed before work begins.
